We would like to take photos and videos during the entire event (8–10 July 2024) in Salzburg and Siegsdorf and publish them. These will be used for public relations work (e.g. in social media) and will also serve for permanent documentation of the BOPE Summit (offline and online; and thus will also be accessible outside Europe). This use and processing serves to safeguard our legitimate interest in public relations and documentation within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. You have the right to object to the processing in justified cases. Furthermore, you have a right to free information about your stored data and, under certain conditions, a right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of the data.If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed at the event, please inform the photographer/videographer accordingly.
